As a Consultant/Wellbriety Trainer I train participants on Wellbriety Curriculum to be certified Facilitator’s.
This writer is from Oneida Nation of the Thames and is a volunteer Fire and Rescue with Oneida Fire Dept. This writer has worked in the Indigenous Mental Health and Addictions field for past 18 years in Indigenous Health Centre’s and Bluewater Hospital. This writer is Head Coach of Sovereign Boxing Gym in Oneida Nation.
This writer experienced multiple challenge’s early in life connected to intergenerational trauma. Through accessing healing methods both traditional and mainstream this writer was able to make positive changes which has led to 28 years of continuous Sobriety. This writer utilized Wellbriety Training Institute Curriculum Mending Broken Hearts and Medicine Wheel 12 Steps to heal from unresolved grief and trauma as well as resentments and relationships.
Today this writer is living a vision/dream of being a Wellbriety Trainer travelling throughout the United States and Canada supporting the Wellbriety Movement. This writer also trains Understanding the Purpose of Life, Medicine Wheel and 12 Steps for Youth, Mending Broken Hearts for Youth, Fathers of Tradition and Sons of Tradition.
This writer has 6 children in which spending time with them is my favourite activity.
